With nearly Ten years of experience in professional law practice in Vietnam in various roles, as a lawyer in law firms and a legal counsel in enterprises, lawyer Thuy has extensive experience and expertise related to licensing, investment consulting, building & operating a legal compliance system in the enterprises, drafting/reviewing/negotiating contracts, settling legal disputes at Courts and Arbitration Centers.

During her practice, lawyer Thuy has assisted many domestic and foreign clients in establishing foreign-invested enterprises/joint ventures in Vietnam, applying for licenses for conditional business lines, building a legal compliance system in the business, advising on transactions related to M&A / transfer of intellectual property rights/franchising and copyright contracts. In addition, lawyer Thuy and her colleagues also provide legal opinions and represent clients to participate in negotiations and settlement of many disputes through legal proceedings.

Based on available knowledge and experience, lawyer Thuy is confident to make appropriate advice and proposals in each specific case, meeting compliance requirements with the provisions of the law but still being harmonious with the corporate benefits and operating/developing orientation.

• Consulting, documenting and negotiating support for a construction consulting contract between a large domestic construction enterprise and a foreign contractor related to a real estate project in Ho Chi Minh City, with capital investment of more than 10 million USD.
• Consultation, documentation and negotiation of cooperation between a joint venture real estate developer and a commercial bank (a major state bank in Vietnam) in the construction of an underground car park in a residential project Ho Chi Minh City.
