Ms. Phan Thi Kim Quyen has Ten years of experience working in the real estate industry with roles of legal consultant, legal manager, and lawyer for real estate companies such as 557 Group, CT Group, Vietcomreal, KN Group,…. When working at these enterprises, Ms. Quyen advised and directly carried out legal procedures on real estate enterprises, building and leasing; management, and operation of apartment buildings and residential areas,… Ms. Quyen advises consulting M&A transactions, matters legal on construction, commercial, civil transactions, intellectual property; setting up systems, processes, and regulations for enterprise; compliance and risk control;…

Up to now, Ms. Quyen has joined nearly 30 projects in  Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, and Dong Nai for jobs like as: reviewing and evaluating legal documents; implementing sales business; setting up document systems and processes before and after putting real estate into business or leasing; management, operation, and certification;…

In addition, Ms. Quyen is also a Litigation Lawyer who has participated in civil cases, commercial business, real estate enterprises, construction, inheritance, etc… as a Collaborative Lawyer at Law Firm prior to joining HTH & Partners.
