Introdution
Prior to founding HTH & PARTNERS LAW FIRM, James held senior legal and tax advisory roles at major international firms KPMG, and Frasers Law Company, and most recently served as Head of Legal at Novaland Group — one of Vietnam’s largest real estate developers. These roles have allowed James to advise some of the most complex transactions and regulatory matters in the Vietnamese market, particularly for multinational corporations, foreign investors, and large domestic enterprises.
Introdution
He used to work at Law Firm as a legal counsel. He participated in notable deals in the corporate sector and was in charge of the consulting team for companies operating in the commerce and tourism sector. After that, he moved on to be the Legal Director of a State-owned Corporation which operates with the model of a holding company, with a system of 32 member enterprises and affiliated companies, operating s mainly in 4 sectors: tourism services, commercial services, real estate services, and industrial production. Here, his duties were managing and monitoring all the legal activities of the Corporation and giving advice to the management council.
