Introdution

---

Mai The Trung is a registered lawyer to practice in Vietnam. He has more than Ten years of experience advising clients in investments, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and legal compliance, and commercial Service.

He used to work at Law Firm as a legal counsel. He participated in notable deals in the corporate sector and was in charge of the consulting team for companies operating in the commerce and tourism sector.

After that, he moved on to be the Legal Director of a State-owned Corporation which operates with the model of a holding company, with a system of 32 member enterprises and affiliated companies, operating s mainly in 4  sectors: tourism services, commercial services, real estate services, and industrial production. Here, his duties were managing and monitoring all the legal activities of the Corporation and giving advice to the management council.

Mr. Trung also participated in the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of a 4-star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and a member of the Board of Directors of 2 Resorts in Phan Thiet and Da Lat. Besides, He is a member of the Supervisory Board at some companies.

It helps him to build a trusting relationship with the Client during his law practice.

• Participating in the resolution of shareholder disputes worth more than 200 billion VND of an enterprise in the Industrial Park;
• Representing for investors to settle disputes and negotiate to recover seven leased land lots in an Industrial Park in Ho Chi Minh City;
• Consulting on serviced apartment management contract worth more than 300 billion VND between the Vietnamese investor and the world’s leading hotel and serviced apartment management group.
