Introdution

Ms. Quyen is a licensed lawyer in Vietnam with over 10 years of legal experience, having held roles as a specialist, manager, and lawyer for companies specializing in investment, commerce, and real estate, such as 577 Group, CT Group, Vietcomreal, and Golf Long Thanh. During her tenure at these enterprises, she provided legal advice and directly handled legal procedures related to corporate law, real estate business, construction, leasing, management and operation of apartments and residential complexes, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial transactions, civil transactions, intellectual property, establishment of systems, processes, and regulations, as well as ensuring compliance with enterprise regulations and procedures.

To date, Ms. Quyen has participated in reviewing and assessing legal documents, facilitating sales and business operations, developing processes and documentation for pre- and post-market real estate transactions, leasing, management, operation, and issuance of ownership certificates for nearly 30 projects across provinces and cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, and Dong Nai. She has also been involved in resolving numerous legal matters for individuals, organizations, and businesses.

Additionally, Ms. Quyen is an experienced litigation lawyer, having represented clients in cases involving civil, criminal, administrative, commercial, real estate, construction, and inheritance disputes.

Major deals

  • Participated in reviewing and assessing legal documents and preparing M&A dossiers for projects valued between VND 200 billion and VND 800 billion, including: a new urban area project in Ba Ria – Vung Tau; a luxury apartment complex project in Binh Duong; a high-rise apartment project in Thu Duc District; a residential complex and garden townhouse project in Thu Duc District, and more.
  • Drafted procedures and transaction templates (reservation forms, deposit agreements, sale and purchase contracts, lease agreements, etc.), and guided relevant departments in their use and implementation for projects with investment capital ranging from VND 500 billion to nearly VND 50,000 billion, including: a commercial center and apartment project in District 6; a commercial, service, and apartment project in District 4; apartment projects in District 9 and Go Vap District; a project in Binh Duong; an urban area, golf course, sports, and eco-tourism project in Dong Nai; a housing development project in Dak Lak; and a resort and entertainment complex project in Khanh Hoa.
  • Evaluated, analyzed, and proposed solutions for disputes related to deposit contracts and marketing and distribution service contracts for apartment and housing projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Khanh Hoa, with dispute values ranging from VND 100 billion to nearly VND 3,000 billion.
  • Advised on a joint venture project between a private enterprise and a state-invested enterprise, valued at over VND 500 billion.
  • Supported enterprises in establishing data storage systems for subsidiaries within a group and standardizing contracts for the business operations of a real estate company.
  • Participated in cases involving disputes over sale and purchase contracts, cooperation contracts, construction contracts, and other service contracts across various provinces and cities, such as Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Khanh Hoa, and Dong Nai, achieving results that exceeded expectations.
  • Provided legal advice and defense for defendants in cases related to crimes involving: violations against life, health, dignity, and honor; property-related offenses; economic order violations; crimes related to taxation, finance, and banking; abuse of position and power; drug-related crimes; traffic safety violations; and more.
